Bodywork is an invitation to return to balance — I meet you where you are, and we restore calm together

Welcome. My name is Mary, and I am so grateful to have you here. I am a mother, healing practitioner, massage therapist, and lifestyle and wellness teacher. My work draws upon both modern and ancient traditions, as well as Eastern and Western approaches to healing and wellness. Through these influences, I hope to help guide my clients toward a happier, more centered, and fulfilling way of life.

No matter what has passed, you deserve rejuvenation and quality in your lifestyle. I can take you step by step using tried and true methods from around the world to bring back your lost flexibility, redefine your limitations, and remember things you have long forgotten. Together, we can uncover the strengths within you and cultivate a life of greater balance, vitality, and well-being.

In life, we sometimes face challenges that root themselves in the body and present as feelings of stress, discomfort, pain, and injury. Through my specialties of deep tissue massage and integrative bodywork — including yoga therapy and fitness — my clients experience the profound benefits that occur when the body releases its holding patterns and chronic tension begins to release and the body moves with greater ease and balance.

My expertise includes 20+ years as a licensed massage therapist and certifications in personal training and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). I also know that the art of healing necessarily includes strength, a big heart, and dedication to high-quality care. My process utilizes this unique combination of professional and personal attributes to provide my clients with deep, lasting support.

Colin Stilwell• Movement & Bodywork

Restorative bodywork informed by movement and creativity

Colin Stilwell, is a certified massage therapist, educator, choreographer, filmmaker, and movement artist whose work bridges the worlds of bodywork, movement, creativity, and mindful awareness. His approach to wellness is rooted in the understanding that the body carries not only physical patterns, but also the stories, habits, and experiences that shape how we move through life. Through thoughtful touch and a deep appreciation for the body's natural intelligence, Colin creates a supportive environment where clients can reconnect with themselves and cultivate greater ease, balance, and well-being

Colin received his massage therapy training and certification from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, New York, an institution recognized for its integrative and holistic approach to bodywork. His professional foundation is further enriched by extensive studies in modern and contemporary dance, performance, and education, earning both a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Fine Arts in Dance, Performance, and Teaching. These disciplines have profoundly influenced the way he understands movement, anatomy, posture, and the subtle relationship between awareness and physical expression.

Drawing from decades of experience as a performer, educator, and movement practitioner, Colin's work emphasizes the importance of presence, breath, and the body's innate ability to adapt and restore balance. He approaches each session with curiosity and compassion, tailoring treatments to the individual needs of his clients while encouraging greater awareness of internal sensations, movement patterns, and overall physical well-being.

His background in dance improvisation, somatic practices, and creative exploration informs a style of bodywork that is both grounded and intuitive. Clients often appreciate his calm presence, attentive listening, and ability to create a space that supports relaxation, self-awareness, and efficient movement. Whether working with individuals experiencing everyday stress, physical tension, or simply seeking greater connection to their bodies, Colin strives to provide care that is thoughtful, client-centered, and deeply restorative.

At its heart, Colin's work is an invitation to slow down, listen, and rediscover the relationship between movement, sensation, and wellness. Through skilled touch and mindful awareness, he helps clients cultivate a deeper appreciation for their bodies and a renewed sense of balance that extends beyond the treatment room.
